5 Minute Chef: How to Cook Egg Sandwiches On-The-Go

In this video Jim demonstrates how to cook healthy eggs sandwiches on-the-go.

Ingredients

1/2 Cup Egg Beaters
1/4 Cup Reduced Fat shredded Cheddar Cheese

1 Sandwich thin or English Muffin OR for a wrap you can use a tortilla

Optional Ingredients:
Salsa for a Southwestern Style sandwich
Slice of Canadian bacon

Directions:

1. Combine the Egg Beaters & cheese in a microwavable dish and microwave on high for 1 minute.

2. Take out Egg Beater & cheese mixture from the microwave (be careful it’s hot!), stir, & return to microwave for another 30 seconds.

3. Remove eggs (remember they are still hot) & place them on the sandwich/muffin/tortilla  & add any additional toppings such a Canadian bacon, salsa, bacon, etc.
